We are happy and pleased to announce the SoDak 2012 T-Shirt design! All premium pre-registration members will receive a T-Shirt at the door when they get to the con so don't miss out! We will be selling a limited amount of T-shirts at the convention as well if you are interested!

For anyone who wishes to pre-reg at a bit of a discount here's your chance!
You can pre-reg for SoDak and save $10.00's if you pay at the event! That's right! Bring $20.00, cash or check, and you can get pre-reged during the event and have it done and out of the way! You must do this at the event so don't miss out! October 23rd, 2011
12:00pm-6:00pm Various Locations around Rapid City before ending at Lincoln Elementary! A few really quick and really dire changes to announce about the October meeting folks! We well be starting at the same times but we will all initially meet up in the new town square that was just finished. From there we will all divide up for the photo-shoot! We also had to adjust our ending venue! We will now all meet up for food and all the fun stuff at Lincoln Elementary at the bottom of Dinosaur Hill! ( As a reminder! Bring $5.00 for food at the after party!)
Alright, ignore all the wonderful goodies to the left for a second and just look at the depicted T-shirts in them. As you will notice these are LAST year's t-shirts. These shirts will be sold, on-site for only $5.00 and you can buy zombified versions of these shirts for $7.00! If you missed your chance last year, or are looking for something to shred or be pre-shredded for the photo-shoot this is your chance! <3 Final matter of business. Alright, now you can focus on all of the other wonderful items in the images to the left! These images contain items that will be given away in raffle mentioned in the last announcement. The images both contain the same items, just spread out a bit for different angles and better viewing. Feel free to oogle them for a while and use as incentive to stick around for the after gathering! Ticket prices will be $2.00 for 1 ticket and $10.00 for 7 tickets. All prizes will be drawn for and given out on spot during dinner. <3 Plan of Route for those who are coming. These are estimated times, but this way if you can only come at a certain you can plan accordingly. October Event!
I am here to announce the awesome October Event! Ta Da! So I remember how many of you guys were upset that you couldn't make the fun Zombie photo-shoot. Well, we are going to do one for everybody, on a weekend, with a month's warning!

LOCATION HAS CHANGED!! -- WE are now meeting in the new city square that's been finished!! See above for details!!
After all the fun pictures we will convene at the public library to have dinner. Bring $5 for the dinner. Also we will be doing an awesome raffle and the only way to participate in that one is to come to the dinner and buy raffle tickets.
Also, all of pictures taken during the day will be posted up here on the website for purchases to buy the prints! All pictures will be printed into poster format and decorated around the whole convention during the 2012 convention! The only thing we ask from you is to come and have fun! Since we will need a at least a head count to bring enough food please go to the facebook event and RSVP! I cannot wait to see you guys there!

Zombie Dollz vs SoDak Con!
Hey guys! I have a huge call out! We are doing a promotional photo-shoot on Wednesday, September 7th, 2011 from 9am to 11am at Memorial Park in Rapid City! All are welcome! Come in cosplay, costume or even your anime and convention shirts! We need fighters and victims! The picture that is chosen will be in a calendar for the Zombie Dollz! We are going to have tons of fun!
Sogen is a Go!
Hey guys! So you all know, Sogen the anime convention in Sioux Falls made their goal! It is great to see that they will survive to continue on! I will be going to Sogen Con this summer, so if you guys can make it out there I definitely suggest to try and go! Hopefully in a little bit all of the artist and dealer info will be up for you guys!
Also as you may have noticed, for some reason the website keeps flopping between the old yahoo one and the Weebly one. We are working on it and hope that it will start behaving very soon!

can do for SoDak. Well, today I am writing not about us, but about our sister
con, Sogen Con in Sioux Falls. They have hit some hards
times and are now afraid that they might not be able to survive this year. This
year they are supposed to be during August 14th...-16th, 2011
at the Shearton Convention Center in Sioux Falls. But unfortunately, since
things have been hard for them they need to raise a whole bunch of money in the
next 15 days or not make a convention. So, here is what I am asking, please just
read their note about what happens, see if you can help them out, even if it is
only $10. If not, at least send them your thoughts and well wishes!

Update!
Whohoo! It is update time! So, Sogen Con went really well and it was fun meeting new friends and bumping into old friends! <3 Since I have had a little time to relax I was able to update a bunch of things. I am sure that you have noticed at the top of the menu that there are new sections.
Also I have added the form and applications for the Dealer's Room and Artist. Also I have updated the AMVs and Cosplay Rules. Mostly Modified the rules of the cosplay competition to make it easier and fit our size more. Another thing is if you put the mouse over the Programming or Contact Us tab you will notice some options to go to. Check them out!
Also, AMV Submissions are now open!
